You should also take into consideration if they are going to be a good communicator or not. This is going to be important since they are going to be the ones that need to make clear your demands. If they cannot communicate properly, then they could easily miss out on some of the information that you are telling them to include.

Buying a house now is going to be a good thing for many people because of the market being down now.
